  • I’ve just installed my new Eco Flush system and my toilet won’t flush. What do I do?

  • First, check to make sure that the water is turned on and you have adequate water pressure (30-120psi).
  • Check to make sure that the Filter Screen is clean and clear of debris, as sediments may have stirred up during installation. (Refer to the Filter Screen page in the owner’s manual).
  • Look and feel for a kink in the hoses that run directly from the black plastic housing. This is located inside the tank, directly behind the Flush Lever. Pay special attention to where the hoses connect underneath the black plastic housing. Use one hand to feel for kinks, and the other to repeatedly attempt to flush the unit.
  • If the problem persists, please call one of our technicians at 800-391-9821, and they’ll further assist you.
