Shipping Disclosure

If your order requires freight transit, then the transit times laid out in this disclosure may be subject to change. For all orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost, method and transit times will be determined at checkout.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed before 3pm Eastern time are typically processed and shipped by the following business day. For orders received after 3pm, they will generally be processed and shipped on the second business day. For example, if you place your order after 3pm on Monday the order will ship on Wednesday. Note that this is not guaranteed, but every effort will be made to meet the above. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. Please allow additional processing time if you order is placed on a weekend or holiday. Once an order is processed, speed of delivery will typically meet the below, barring any events that may prevent shipping such as natural phenomena, road/transit closures, or acts of God:

  • FedEx Ground (in transit 1-5 business days, depending on location) 



Shipping Restrictions

We deliver to all 50 states and Canada. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military (APO, FPO, PSC) boxes, and other US territories.




If your order will be delivered to Alaska, or Hawaii and you would like to have your order shipped via FedEx 2nd Day, please call 800-391-9821. Additional charges may be applied.



Unfortunately, due to the significant variation in shipping rates and transit times to various parts of Canada, we cannot provide exact rates. A typical small order will have transit times typically range between 1-10 business days but we cannot make any guarantees that your shipment will fall into this range. Exact rates will vary per address, package weight, and package value. Orders are typically shipped via FedEx


Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price less the shipping charges. Here are a few reasons packages may be returned to us as undeliverable:


  • Incorrect Address - If the address is incorrect or outdated, the carrier or the unintended recipient usually returns the package to us. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts - Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. If the driver believes it is best to obtain a signature but no one is present to accept the delivery, after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. Orders shipped by freight carrier may have other conditions.
